victor doesn't really mind good company every now and then. the thing is that good company (aside from his pokémon) never seemed to present itself to this trainer-in-the-making very often, especially when considering the fact that he had spent much of his upbringing performing volunteer work at home. for the most part, he's generally a well-mannered young man. of course, kanto and johto are entirely new environments for him (as it is with many other trainers apparently), and so there's no question that he'd be willing to at least get acquainted as many other inhabitants as possible. just don't expect him to be able to open up to you very quickly though. he could definitely afford to have some travel buddies as well.

it's sad to say that romance is a rather foreign subject for victor. admittedly, he isn't exactly proficient in that particular department. in all honesty, during most of the time he's spent at home in unova, all he's ever done throughout puberty was isolate himself while he focused on training his pokémon and on his job. one thing is for certain, and it's that he'd generally develop a genuine interest in females to some undefined degree, though he isn't quite sure exactly how to handle a relationship with them of a significant magnitude. sure, he's a smart kid. he'll figure it out in due time. whether or not that time is now remains in question. if you'd like to try going down that route with victor, then by all means be my guest! who knows, the time spent may be well worth it in the long run.

if there's anything that victor may come to dislike about anyone, it would likely be the way in which others mistreat or misuse their pokémon for their own personal gains. there's also the possibility of the unova native or his pokémon being scrutinized for any reason. in any case, the boy will not hesitate to let his opinions be known. that may not sit well with some people and that's perfectly fine. if you've crossed the line somehow, then you'll have quite the mountain to climb if you wish to get back into good graces with him. he probably won't waste much time dwelling on it though. he has aspirations to fulfill after all, and enemies of any kind are surely not part of them. although, having some form of "rival" - someone that could potentially push victor past his breaking point - may actually prove beneficial in the long run.
