Tehya left her brothers breeding shop that morning to start on her journey for real this time. She finally had a goal, she was going to be a dragon trainer. She already had a good start with Uno and Gum Drop. She just wasn't sure where to start or where to find wild dragon type pokemon. She needed to study and learn everything she could about dragon types, there strengths, there weaknesses, along with anything else she could find. Axel had told her of a library in Lavender Town that might have some books she could check out. It would be taken a few steps back instead of going forward but hopefully it would be worth it.
They traveled for a few days not stopping only to eat at noon and camp before it got dark. Whatever pokemon they ran into she fled not wanting to deal with them at that moment. Finally she reached the town and began her search for the library with Uno at her side and Gum Drop in her arms.

BY MINNIE OF GS AND IT'S DARK ON A COLD DECEMBER, Lavender Town that day was rather cold that morning, although not enough to warrant a jacket for the natives, in her eyes, it was freezing. It was always difficult adjusting to a climate of a place where you haven't been in a year or so. Wrapping her arms around her chilled body, Bree made her way through the roads. The atmosphere of the town had brought chills up and down her spine, it was irrational action her body involuntarily made. The young woman had visited Lavender Town in order to aid the Lavender Volunteer House, a rumored venue which whose purpose was to nurture abandoned Pokemon. It wasn't something that Bree would have done out of the kindness of her heart, but rather something her brother had asked her to do. He had been planning a meeting with the man who had run the place to talk, although after some unseen events he had managed to convince her to attend in his place. Although, initially she had accepted this begrudgingly the more she had thought about it, the more bearable the idea had become. This would possibly be good for a public image after all. Perhaps she would come out with some more knowledge which could aid her in the future.
Hesitating before she would enter, a stray thought appeared in her head as she realized that a single part of her brother's instructions had escaped her mind. Bree had also been instructed to carry a Pokemon encyclopedia for reference in their conversation. Fortunately, she had made the wise decision to arrive early in fear of getting lost. Even if she were to get sidetracked, the chances of arriving later were rather slim due to the time slot she had allotted herself. Fortunately, this was not the first time she visited this town, having come here a little over four years. However, years had worn down her memory, making her last visit nothing but mere fog in her mind. It wasn't that much of a hassle. After all, she could simply go around and ask a few locals for directions. Despite the town's infamous atmosphere, the natives were kind and had shown her a way before wishing her good luck. While she had not returned the kind gesture, she was thankful for their compassion. Now, armed with the knowledge of where her desired building was located, the young woman had begun her small stroll towards Lavender Town's library. - - i think i love you better now

Tehya walked through the streets of Lavender Town with Gum Drop in her arms and Uno at her side. She tried to find the library by herself, she didn't need help. Well that's what she said at first but eventually she finally gave in and asked someone who gave her directions to the library. She noticed as she talked to him he kept giving glances at Gum Drum and Uno. She wrapped her arms around him a little tighter and stepped in front of Uno protectively and than thanked them man before continuing on her way. She noticed Uno was looking back at the man they had talked, he had a strange. "Are you ok Uno? Did that man give you a bad vibe? I know he gave me one," a shiver ran down her spine. Bending down she wrapped on of her arms around Uno. "Don't you worry I'll protect you." She smiled at her before standing back up. "Ok lets get to the library how about it Uno, Gm Drop?"
Uno knew that man that had been her original owner the one who had abandoned her, though she didn't think he recognized her. She was a little bigger and stronger looking than she had been back than. She had only been level three when he had abandoned her. Tehya's word's calmed her down and she let out a smile, "Deiiiinooo."
Gum Drop was oblivious of anything wrong, she just continued to smile and bounce up and down in Tehya's arms humming softly. But when Tehya tightened her grip she blinked and stopped her happy humming and looked closer at the man. She saw nothing wrong about him. When the continued on her way she just shrugged it off. But when Tehya bent to talk to Uno she listened to her words, something as wrong. "Are you ok Uno, I've never seen that look on your face before." (Poke'language)
Smiling at Uno's own smile she nodded her head and continued to the library. It didn't take long to find it once she knew where it was and stepped inside it. Her eyes grew wide the library was huge there had to be thousands of books. She made her way towards a desk with a librarian "Excuse me can you tell me where I can find books on dragon type Pokemon?" The librarian smiled at her and her pokemon than grabbed a small map and drew where the books where and how to get there. Thanking her she slowly began heading towards them but wanting to look around first.

BY MINNIE OF GS AND IT'S DARK ON A COLD DECEMBER, The trip to the library was uneventful as the young woman had simply walked to the building without mustering a single word to the others. Shaking her head, she reached out her arms and pushed open the door to the library. Instantly a gust of warm air had enveloped her entire body, a definite much-needed break compared to the frosty outdoors. It was a quaint little place, although not unlike any other library a typical town was equipped with. While it would have been wise for her to visit the nonfiction section of the building in order to find the encyclopedia, it wasn't as if she knew the exact location. With a short sigh, Bree turned her attention towards the person who sat at the front desk, casually reading a book while a growlithe had napped peacefully in the corner. The librarian had finished her conversation with a young girl with a few Pokemon and had turned her attention towards Bree, giving a warm greeting in the process. She would return her greeting with a simple question, getting straight to the point. "Where do you keep the Pokemon Encyclopedias?" While slightly taken aback by the urgency and the coldness in her tone, the librarian quickly recovered and had given her a map of the library where she would circle the location she needed. She would also begin giving Bree a few recommendations, ones that she would take note of. Giving a curt nod, the young woman headed out in her direction.
Despite not being a large library, she would still have some difficulty navigating the area. A few times she had accidentally wandered into the children's section, earning a few stares while others she would be searching in the wrong section for a few minutes before catching herself. After about ten minutes of searching, she had finally found the sections of encyclopedias. Her eyes immediately flitted over the titles as her fingers glided across the worn coverings of the encyclopedia. Whether they were checked out often or worn did not matter. She quickly stopped upon one of the more worn books before she quickly pulled it out of the shelf. Quickly she would flip through the book, looking at all the words hidden upon its yellowed papers. While concern that she may accidentally tear or break the book, the appearance was deceiving as it seemed to hold out fairly well. Satisfied with the contents, Bree was about to leave the section before she noticed the clock. Deciding she had a few more minutes to spare, the young woman quickly grabbed another book, as she flipped through the pages. Unaware of her surroundings nor anyone around her. - - i think i love you better now
